Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

The short version. This website sets no cookies and does not track you. We only receive the details you choose to send us, and we use them to answer you and plan your visit.

Who we are

Colors of Sound is run by Wilfred Seraphine and his family in Uru East, Moshi, Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. For anything about your data, write to willyseraph75@gmail.com or message +255 692 679 619 on WhatsApp.

What you send us

When you use the inquiry form, we receive your name, your email address, who is coming, roughly when, and your message. We use them only to reply and to arrange your visit. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or share your details for marketing.

The form sends your inquiry by email to Wilfred and sends you a confirmation copy. The emails are delivered by Resend, an email delivery service. A copy also goes to the site's technical administrator, so we can check that the form keeps working.

If you write to Wilfred on WhatsApp, by phone or by email instead, the same applies, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy covers the messages you send there.

We keep your messages for as long as we need them to answer you and organize your visit. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is sending it. To do this it looks at technical information about your browser and connection. It is not used for advertising.

Visitor statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages load slowly. It sets no cookies, does not build a profile of you and does not follow you to other sites.
